Type of position: Full-time (permanent)
Start: immediately
Your tasks:
- Main responsibility for marketing
- Interface to internal teams (management, project & event management & sponsoring/partners)
- Creation and implementation of extensive and creative campaigns (online & offline)
- Independent placement of ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), as well as support & optimization
- Technical setup of Ads Manager accounts, Pixel, GTM, etc.
- Coordination of posts on all channels (also clear communication to the team if required)
You bring with you:
- highest demands on you, the growth of the brands and the best marketing
- Experience and knowledge in the field of performance marketing
- Independent work, sense of responsibility, ability to lead a team
- completed studies in the field of marketing
- At least three years of professional experience in the event or festival sector (ideally ticketing)

- You create security concepts and take care of all the necessary approvals independently
- Communication & coordination of external service providers and partners (service providers, artists, etc.)
- Interface to internal teams, such as management, marketing, sponsoring/partners
- Support in other areas of the company
You bring with you:
- Highest demands on you and the growth of the brand
- Independent work, sense of responsibility, ability to lead a team
- Completed vocational training (event management assistant) or at least a Bachelor's degree
- At least three years of professional experience in the event or festival sector
- Experience and great interest in working with children
